As it reaches the end of its run at the National, The Beaux’ Stratagem is being broadcast live to cinema’s around the UK and Europe on 3rd September and internationally from the 24th – details here…
Delighted there’s going to be a further NT Live Encore showing of the Donmar’s Coriolanus on 24th September in the UK and at cinemas internationally in November. Josie Rourke directed, Tom Hiddleston starred – was a pleasure to work on.

Just finished writing the score for Simon Godwin’s production of Restoration comedy The Beaux’ Stratagem at the National Theatre. The music is folksy, bluegrass inspired and played live on stage in the Olivier. Here’s a trailer:
Fantastic to write the music for the Donmar’s production of James Graham’s The Vote. The play is set in a polling station on the night of the election and its (huge) cast includes Catherine Tate, Mark Gatiss and Judi Dench. The final show is being broadcast live on More4 on election night on May 7th – with the curtain falling as polls close at 10pm.
